This is Tape 2 of Secrets of the Subterranean Cities.

Just a quick recap. We were discussing the city of Telos, which is a Lemurian subterranean city that was built 12,000 years ago as the result or from the result of Atlantis and Lemuria sinking, and during the Atlantean-Lemurian wars which we then made subterranean cities. Telos is underneath Mt. Shasta and it is the city that I’m from. This tape will discuss the culture of Telos.

Again a recap. The city is built on five different levels, the top level being the main level of the city itself. The second level down, the level of manufacturing and where many classes take place. The third level being the hydroponic gardens. The fourth level being part hydroponic gardens, part manufacturing and the nature level. And the very bottom level as being the nature level where many, many species of animals and plants exist.

In these nature levels, as I said, many, many plants and animals have been preserved from extinction by being placed within the nature levels of Telos, Posedid, and many other of the subterranean cities. Thus we do … still do have many of the plants that are extinct on the surface. We still have sabretooth tigers. We still have mastodons. We still have your provential dodobird. We don’t have dinosaurs. They were a little big to keep. However, some dinosaurs do still live in areas of the Congo and areas of the rainforest in the Amazon. Plus there are many sea-going dinosaur, much as the famous Nesse in Lochness and many others such as that.

In these levels people find that they are able to integrate and merge/integrate with animals that would normally be dangerous, simply by getting animals over the fear. And these animals have also been fed a vegetarian diet, including the thing such as the big cats, for going on thousands and thousands of years now, which has also taken away much of their aggression. Therefore, you are able to go down, and in many instances, taking into consideration their great size and strength, you are basically able to play with a sabretooth or a Bengal tiger, much as you would a housecat by scratching their chest or under their ear … pulling their whiskers.

Let me tell you a tale of two continents.

One, in the Atlantic, called Atlantis. Another, in the Pacific, called Lemuria or Mu for short. Twenty five thousand years ago, these two continents were battling each other on the ideology of the day. Look at them as the two largest children on the block, and the two highest civilizations.

At that time they both had two different ideas about which direction civilization should go. The Lemurians felt that the other less-evolved cultures should be left alone to continue on their own evolution scale. The Atlanteans believed that all the less-evolved cultures should be brought under sway by the two evolved ones.

This caused a series of wars between Atlantis and Lemuria. In these series of wars thermonuclear devices were used, and when the wars were over and the dust cleared, in reality there was no winner. The Outback in Australia, the Mojave Desert, parts of the Gobi Desert and the Sahara are all remains to remind man of the futility of this type of war.

When I was a child, I would lie on my back, stare up at the sky, and look for animal shapes in the clouds as they floated by.  As an adult, I never took much interest in the clouds until the summer of 2005, when I took my first trip to Mt. Shasta.  It was then, while visiting friends that I learned that UFO’s are frequently spotted in the area and are sometimes camouflaged by disc shaped clouds.

I was also told about Telos, a legendary city under Mount Shasta where the Lemurians live. The Lemurians are the survivors of the sinking of the continent of Lemuria over 12,000 years ago. They live a 5th dimensional existence that is invisible to our eyes. The Lemurians are able to travel through space in their ships called the Silver Fleet.

While still in Mount Shasta, I started looking frequently into the sky to look at cloud formations.  I was not sure what I was looking for, nor what to expect.  Then, I saw a beautiful circular cloud, called a lenticular cloud, swirling over the top of Mt. Shasta.  But, I was not convinced that the cloud was hiding a UFO.

Recently, I saw a few lenticular clouds in Los Angeles.  On one of the occasions, I called my friend Greg Scott (of CLN) to take a picture as it is a fairly rare sight in LA.  Here’s the photo that Greg took:

In 2008, as I became more and more intrigued with the mystique of Mt. Shasta, I decided to challenge the existence of UFO’s.  Part believer and part skeptic, while standing on the balcony of a friend’s house in Mount Shasta, I sarcastically shouted out loud: “If you are really there and around us, show yourself.”  Honestly, I didn’t believe that there was anybody listening to me. To my surprise and amazement I was totally wrong.  Someone was listening!

Suddenly, out of nowhere, approximately ten massive UFO-shaped clouds appeared in the sky.  Each looked to be about one mile in length.  Seven other individuals witnessed the amazing spectacle in the sky, including several children.  We each felt like we were looking at a photograph in the sky of a scene from the future.  I believe what we saw were some of the Silver Fleet ships of Telos.

The massive clouds were visible for about 10-15 minutes, and then disappeared as suddenly as they had arrived.  Whether we saw space ships behind clouds or saw hologram images of ships, either way, they were definitely UFOs.  Below are photos of three of them.

Note that the bottom picture shows my arm with a camera as I was also taking pictures at the same time as my friend who snapped the photo.

What was interesting was that our small group seemed to be the only ones who saw the ships.  I asked my friends why?  The answer that was given was that the rest of the people were not open to seeing them.  I feel that the reason we were able to see them was because we knew about Telos and the Lemurians and were open to the possibility that they would show themselves.

In my case, seeing is believing. I have been given a gift that I will never forget.  We are not alone.   There is so much for us to learn.

Imagine things and make them real are different. Before you can be entered on the physical you need to get used to our dimension as we said. There is no new assignment, just to get prepared for it in all levels. Until than, you can plan it and dream about it, all that will help and will be heard. You can get closer but not in. The difference in the frequency levels are too huge now. Individual invitations to Telos will help to raise the group's consciousness.

The few who are ready, will know it with no doubt, they will be the first to be invited. When they get back, they can help in the group's entering process. Come to the Mountain, raise your consciousness, get your personal divine experiences.

Continue the preparations days and nights. All your etheric visit to us help the divine aim to get in on the physical. But it can not happen earlier than your readiness.

Are you ready? ARE YOU READY? Without desperation, expectations, but with open heart, peace, balance and harmony? We will know when it happens. The key of the timing is the length of the preparation. We are here to help.

Update 27: An Update from Athos

Retired Colonel Billie Faye Woodard and twin sister, Zuria were born in our hollow earth, and delivered to outer earth on September 18, 1951. 

They were born with exceptional abilities. Billie can remember their parents talking to them as babies.  Soon after their birth, their hollow earth parents told them they would not be living with them any longer.  They were taken to Wichita Falls, Texas and put in a litter barrel garbage container in a park where a passing park attendant and a police officer heard them crying.  They were retrieved and put in an orphanage and about 5 years later were adopted by a US Air Force Colonel Woodard, his wife and two sons.  Billie's adoptive parents were both of American Indian descent, the mother an Apache, and adoptive father, a Cherokee.  Billie's adoptive mother died this year and was cremated in a sacred Apache burial ritual which Billie was able to attend.  The adoptive father is still living, but not doing too well in health.

At the age of five, Billie remembers talking to his sister when they were at a restaurant with their adopted parents and a nearby man exclaimed with great surprise to their parents, "Do you know what your children are saying over there, in their communication?  Do you know that your children are talking to each other in an extinct language?  I am a professor of ancient languages at the University of Texas (at Austin) and your children are speaking to each other in the extinct Lemurian language!"

All who had ‘experiences’ with ‘me’ or with others from Telos got the same, got some special activation codes, so your DNA structure is under profound activation right now. You are getting closer to the 5th dimension again with a huge step. However it has to happen as a personal realization for all of you, rather than a channeled explanation by us. It is still true.

So ask your Divine Self about all these. You will be surprised by the levels of meaning. Yes during all these personal experiences your DNA codes were activated on a very ancient manner with silent transmission through us. No seeing, no feeling anything then, except the validation in your hearts that all these are true, NOW. When you have this personal validation than the transmission is completed. You seek further meaning . You got it.

My name is Colonel Billie Faye Woodard of the United States Air Force.

Arrival and Indoctrination

I was first stationed at Area 51, Nevada, Jan.28, 1971 through 1982. In that period of service I visited the Hollow Interior of the Earth six times, 800 miles deep. Upon my arrival to Area 51 I was indoctrinated to the existence of tunnels beneath Area 51, and soon after I met several of the Underground Shuttle Operators that have a stature of 13 to 14 feet in height. These tunnels, that transverse the world, are built by a species of beings who have existed here before we, a very long time.

Immediately on my arrival to Area 51, I was made aware of the tunnels and all the workings of the facility itself. They told me that the first 15 levels of the Area 51 facility were man made; that Levels 16-27 were already there. Nobody from our government made them. We were just facilitating them.

Dear Ones,

This is so amazing how one thing can bring out the other.

Remembering back I saw the most amazing sparkling blues eyes, right after my 'hitchhiker' experience at upper Panther Meadow on 7/7/7. I've never seen such a bright color and light in an eye before. Very light, electrifying blue with a deep blue point in the middle. It was mesmerizing... I can still recall it with perfect details...

I saw two ladies. One with as I said the most bright blue eyes and the other with beautiful long white hair with ageless grace and beauty.

I remember when I said hello to them I felt their beautiful energy and I thought how beautiful people can show up here. I also hoped that I see them next day on our gathering...

But of course I could not see them there. They just came up for a nice walk on their beautiful sacred site...

Greetings to you all. This is Athos, from the Inner Earth Council.

I AM an Inner Earth being of the Fifth Dimension of Consciousness, in charge of what has been called the “Ascension Program”. No further clearing process is needed around Mt. Shasta, since we do that from our dimension in the etheric plane. Every one of you has been personally invited in the realms of your own selves, to participate in the events that shall take place on the 7th to the 9th of July.

Nevertheless, the encounter is restricted to all those who have been preparing devotedly the process. You must feel and experience the answers in a deep level of your awaken consciousness. It is a way that leads you deep inside your own selves. Trust yourselves and the fact that you will get to experience us in a way that you have not ever thought about before.

Let me see if I understand this.  After reading our series on the Inner Earth, John has passed along videos on what appears to be an expedition to the Inner Earth planned for August 2010 and led by Brooks Agnew.

The expedition is asking for funding and people to go on it. I personally am not showing these videos for that reason, but just for interest’s sake. In fact there’s no need for an expedition because, if Matthew and SaLuSa are to be believed, the Agarthans will soon enough be joining us and I’m sure we’ll have ample opportunity to visit them.

But still it’s exciting to watch the hubbub and consider the possibilities and so I post the videos in that spirit. Thanks to John for bringing them to our attention.

Update 5: About Kata

Dear Larry, First of all THANK YOU for all the responses what you have forwarded to me. These feedbacks are very precious signs for me, thank you for everyone :-) .

Further to your kind request here is my 'story' and sorry if it is longer than you expected-): Anyway first of all I am not the one who can tell you that channeling was part of my life from my childhood. But I can tell, that I was always amazed by ancient civilizations. Somehow with reading more and more in the subject I became confident that at the dawn of our Earth's history there was a much more advanced civilization, the one that later showed the way for all the others.

I remember the first time when I was in Hawaii (that was a kind of magic for me too, from this part of the world end up there), instead of laying under the sun I spent days with my computer. I could surf on the internet to read about anything but somehow I was 'pushed' to collect everything about Lemuria The air was full with the energy of the ancient continent there. I think that was my first 'official encounter' with the concept of Lemuria.

I found Lee Caroll's wonderful Kryon books in 2003. From that time to read about channeling started to mean something different for me. Thanks to some kind of very intense invitation energy (I did not know that time where was it from) I managed to participate on the Kryon Conference 2 years ago on Mt Shasta. I remember Kryon's last words at the very end of the conference in the Kryon Gaia Adama Kirael quad channeling. Kryon said that the capstone is finally open.The Lemurians after thousands of years of separation, can be among us again and we are all ambassadors of Them whatever part of the world we are from. Kryon's advice was to take home a Lemurian with us. That was a joke with some serious meaning at the bottom. And it happened. Adama 'came home' with me.

It took me six more moths to start to communicate. I mean it took six more months for me to achieve the frequency level to be able to communicate. In a cold, grey Sunday afternoon, I got an unforgettable sign from him. That was last January. Since than we are in constant dialogue. I am not a 'professional' channel. We just talk in written form. Sometimes it is message for others but mostly these are written dialogues to help me to raise my frequency, learn more and more to finally start to share this with others...

My research in the subject led me to Dianne's website. I ordered the ebook version of one of her great books. According to some technical problems I could not access to the text and who else, I wrote Dianne to hep me. She was so kind that later on she asked if I managed to read it. Well then a small email exchange started where I posed a lot a lot a lot of questions to her. ( Sorry Dianne and thank you even here for your guidance and patience toward me.

So these questions and Dianne's precious help led me to Larry. He was very kind and introduced his group and himself to me with the offer to send me all these wonderful messages and info related to our Inner Earth's firends and family....

That is the story of the 'coincidences' which led me here. The rest is history :-) . During my last visit to LA I got the message with the clear instruction to send it to Larry. I feel so happy and so blessed that I can participate in all these.

One thing as I wrote to Larry to read it, to know about it from books, and an other thing is being in the middle of it, with all these emails. And I know that this is only the beginning.... Great, beautiful adventures are ahead of us. Everybody has his/her own way his/her own path with a common beautiful goal. All of the ways are different and all are blessed in the same time...

Update 6: Thanks for Kata's message!

Dear Larry:

Thanks for transmitting Kata's message. It confirms what I was told by Mikos several months ago, after I learned that my own visit was delayed. When I asked him why, he said that "there were a few loose ends to tie up, before it could happen" and when I pressed him to explain further, he said that "I needed to fully realize that I am the creator of my own realities". And when lately I asked what I should do to apply these directives more precisely in my day to day experience, I was told that "it was not so much about working at it, but changing my perception about that aspect".

I was shown a crib and the notion of protection came with the vision. I could not understand what it had to do with being aware that I am the creator of my reality... This last dialogue took place when I was walking my 2 dogs in a big field.

Ahead of me, I noticed my older dog being tangled in some brambles and as I was bending over to brush them aside with my hand, a sudden gust of wind came and did the job for me in a second! It made my realize that if the god within us can take care of such a small detail as a bramble in our way, he/she/it will certainly take care of what we deem to be the more important stuff in our existence.

I understood that the perception needed to be the one of this infant in the crib, who knows without a doubt that he will be taken care of because he's so small and vulnerable. And this applied also to all that I wanted to create: the human in me might still be weak and fearful at times, but the god in me could do it all !!!

No resistance helps the process. Trusting accelerates it.

Please invite the members of your mailing list to join us in what can be a crucial spot in their lives. We do not guarantee any physic or weird effect to happen, that is not the purpose of the trip. The trip itself consist in a trip inwards, a voyage to the depths of your beautiful selves that can take place no matter where we or you are.

This is Adama, high priest of Telos.

I‘d like to talk to your hearts because they will have the most important role during all the upcoming events…

As you know it, your heart is the key to all the ascension process, which will hopefully manifest in the near future. The fifth dimension is waiting and it is up to the spiritual strength of you heart when could our long awaited encounter finally happen in the physical. Take this message as a quick reminder, because I know I won't say anything new to you, but I can not emphasize enough how greatly this can influence the success of or highly anticipated encounter in the near future…

Are you really ready for the realization in your soul, that all the things around and within has to be manifested through YOU, through your love, faith, trust, compassion, grace and gratitude? Those are familiar words aren't they. In your mind, sure but are they familiar in you heart, too? And if your answer is a straight yes, are they there constantly? Are you ready to tell me that all your words, thoughts, and deeds are always I said always related to them?

WHEN your answer is a crystal clear yes, you will be ready to meet us.

This date is there in the calendar, but to be prepared in your mind, it will not be enough to participate. We need more. All your deeds, words, thoughts has to show the way to us. Your hearts have to shine to everything and everyone constantly. You follow your own path while you are showing the way for all the others around you. It is not necessary to know them name by name for knowing them heart by heart. You can help everybody around you with the simple method in you heart, to be prepared to meet us.

No secret teachings and hidden doctrines need you to learn to know your heart better. We are here to help you in this. Open you hearts my brave beloved masters. All the obstacles, all the problems facing you every day can help you to realize and understand, what should you need to improve in yourself, and what can help you to step further, to step closer to us. Be open to learn the maximum from all the happenings which will occur in your life the next few months. Be in intense preparation from now. Your fully prepared heart has to lead you to Mt Shasta on 9th of July. Otherwise it can not be more than a nice walk in the mountain. To meet us please make yourself ready, your intuition will help you how. And we will be there with all of our love.

Your heart is the key. We are waiting.
